Perfect boiled eggs

Following you will find a way to boil eggs so that the shell peels off extremely easily.

  1. Fill pot with hot tap water
  2. Place eggs into pot
  3. Place pot onto stove
  4. Turn stove onto high
  5. Cover pot
  6. Once boiling take cover off
  7. Set timer for 15 minutes
  8. After 15 minutes take off stove and pour out water
  9. Fill with cold water and then pour out
  10. Repeat step 9 two more times.
  11. Fill pot with cold water and ice for 20-25 minutes
  12. Take eggs out of ice water and place in a container
  13. Place container with eggs in refrigerator

When hungry take egg out of refrigerator, peal, and eat.  Note:  I prefer siracha sauce on my hard-boiled eggs.  Gives them a little zing.
